Zenkoji Semi-Fresh Soba Noodle Set

$65.00 ~~Regular price:~~

This semi-fresh soba comes as a set with tsuyu dipping sauce, so you have what you need for a staple Japanese noodle dish.

Soba has a long history and is said to have been introduced in the Nara period (710-794). It can be served with cold dipping sauce on hot days or warm dipping sauce on cold days. Semi-fresh noodles cook in minutes and keep far better than fresh ones, so the set is easy to have on hand.
