Dekopon Citrus Jelly & Pudding Set

Dekopon is the most celebrated winter citrus in Japan - easy to spot by the small crown at the top, and prized for honey-sweet, nearly seedless segments with very little acidity.

This set brings that fruit to the table two ways, both made with Dekopon grown in Ashikita, Kumamoto Prefecture, on the island of Kyushu.

The jelly is clear and lightly set, cool and clean on the palate. The pudding is its softer counterpart, a mellow custard-style dessert with the citrus folded through the cream.
