A houhin (宝瓶) is a type of Japanese teapot without a handle, primarily used for brewing high-grade green teas like Gyokuro or sencha. Its sleek, handle-less design is characteristic, as these teas are brewed at lower temperatures. You can also use a houhin for brewing Chinese teas.
